Warranties and Returns
[Dealer name] stands behind each manufacturers published warranties. We reserve the right to have our representative inspect any product or part prior to honoring any warranty claim. Factory warranties are non-transferable and apply to the original purchaser only.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or have received product that is defective or was shipped in error, you may request a return by emailing us at [Dealer email address]. All returns must be authorized in order for a refund to be processed. Please provide order information and explanation of your reason for the return.
Items returned within 30 days in perfect, unused condition, including all packaging material and manuals, will be refunded for the product purchase amount only. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
If the product is returned in used or poor conditions and there are items missing, [Dealer name] reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct the value of missing parts.
Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product shipped is defective or in error. If product was received defective or in error, it can be returned for a full refund or exchange for the same product.
